Is your child ready to head up to an awesome summer adventure with our staff and other kids their age? Would they enjoy a week to encounter Jesus in a new way? Our Children’s and Youth Ministries are offering summer camps from 3rd graders to graduating High School seniors. Read on for more details!

Summer Camp at The Village is a five-day camp from July 29-August 3 specifically designed for students entering 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. This is a safe place where kids will learn about their great God through age-appropriate teaching, engaging worship, and time outdoors in His Creation. It’s an opportunity to meet new friends and learn about how we are designed for Christ-centered community while staying away from home for the very first time.

Email Ryana, Director of Children’s Ministries, to reserve your child’s space for an awesome week of adventure and fun at Forest Home! The cost is $385 per camper. Scholarships are available.

Imagine what it will be like for your Junior High student to encounter Jesus in a whole new way! Summer camp is a time to build lasting friendships while attending an unforgettable week-long adventure. The Junior High Ministry at LJCC is heading up to Forest Home from July 29 to August 3. Forest Home is an established Christian retreat center. Students will experience fun, laughter, community, and grow in their faith.

The cost is $500. Please contact Kyle Krumsick, Director of Junior High Ministries, to learn more and book a spot for your student.

Calling all high schoolers, graduating seniors, and upcoming 9th graders! Mark your calendars for the BEST week of summer, August 6-11th at Hume. Endless fun, memories, minimal sleep and awesome worship and conversations. It costs $585 and covers all transportation, meals and lodging for the week.

Registration for camp will open on May 1st. To get your student on the list, High School Ministry Director Natalie Breyer needs a $100 non-refundable deposit. Checks can be made out to La Jolla Community Church and mailed to the church, dropped off at the offices, or handed to Natalie.

If you have any questions, please email Natalie, Director of High School Ministries.
